Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Most orders received by 10:00 AM HST Monday through Friday will be shipped by the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped by the following Tuesday (excluding some holidays). In the event that your order may be delayed, we will contact you by email or telephone to inform you. 

 

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. All returns must be unworn and in saleable condition. Returned merchandise should include all packaging. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective.

 

Exchanges

To arrange an exchange, please contact our Customer Service Department directly. A new order for the new item must be placed on the Hawaiiangem.com website within 30 days of the original purchase.
